Mr. Jinender Jain (B.Com, FCA) is the founder proprietor of M/s Jinender & Co. He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1985 with meritorious educational achievements. He was ranked 2nd in Northern India Merit List, and 12th in All India Merit List for the C.A. (final) examinations. He has been running his private practice successfully for the last several years.
Mr. Jain has a vast experience of more than two decades in all matters regarding financial services. His expertise lies in Corporate Consultancy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Portfolio Management, Equity Research, NRI Services for investment (planning and execution) and setting up new ventures in financial sector (from zero to beta level). He also has experience of setting up companies overseas and has traveled widely to UK, France, Mauritius and South East Asia for such assignments.
